John Ezekowitz graduated magna cum laude from Harvard University in 2013 with an A. B. in Economics. His senior thesis on biases towards higher usage players in NBA free agent contracts won the Allyn A. Young prize awarded to "an outstanding honors thesis" in the Economics Department. While at Harvard, John worked as an analytics consultant for the Phoenix Suns and was the Co-President of the Harvard Sports Analysis Collective. His work has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, Sports Illustrated, and Grantland. John currently works in Boston at Sankaty Advisors, the fixed income affiliate of Bain Capital.
