We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer  to join our product engineering group and elevate our data visualizations.  Data Visualization has been a key focus for TruMedia, and we’re excited to  enhance our capabilities in this area. In this role, you’ll work with some of  the newest datasets across multiple sports to make an impact on how people  understand the game. Your primary role will be developing and maintaining  features as part of our Data Visualization pod. This includes working with  product stakeholders to improve existing features and create new ones. You’ll  participate in architecture and design discussions with other engineering  team members. You may interface with engineers from our partners or clients  regarding integrations or buildout of custom functionality. You’ll also do  some general software engineering outside of your pod.

About You: - 5+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on data visualization. - Proficient in back-end and front-end technologies, including d3.js, JavaScript, ES6. - Knowledge of Git and modern web application technologies. - Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and services. - Adept at translating complex data sets into compelling visual narratives. Preferred: - Deep expertise with d3 - Experience with server-side rendering of d3 graphics. - Experience with building graphics APIs. - Experience working in sports.
