Senior Director, Business Intelligence,, Hornets Sports and Entertainment
Chris Zeppenfeld is in his eighth season with Charlotte Hornets/Hornets Sports & Entertainment, where he serves as the organization's Vice President of Business Intelligence. In this role, he is responsible for 6 major areas of the business: Analytics, CRM, Data Warehouse, Surveys, Ticket Pricing, Email Marketing, and Revenue Strategy. Chris provides CRM, strategic support, and revenue analysis for all revenue generating departments including Ticket Sales, Partnerships, Hornets Marketing, Arena Marketing, Luxury Sales, Ticket Operations, Retail, and the Hornets Foundation. Prior to joining Hornets Sports & Entertainment, Chris spent 4 years working for TeamWork Online, an online sports executive recruiting firm. He served as the Senior Manager of Client Services, overseeing 700+ sports teams' recruiting efforts on the site. These clients included teams from the NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB, MLS, U. S. National Governing Bodies, and various other minor and major league sports teams/organizations throughout the world. A native of Pittsburgh, PA and a graduate of John Carroll University, Chris resides in uptown Charlotte.
