Leadership

Megan is a second-year student in the Leaders for Global Operations program at MIT Sloan and a co-lead of content for this year’s conference.  Prior to MIT, she worked as a control systems engineer developing analytics based automation solutions for manufacturers. Her evenings and weekends were spent as an IAABO certified basketball referee for 2nd-9th grade students, where she learned an extensive vocabulary of insults from the parents of the players.  She grew up attending New York Knicks games with her father and, while still nominally a fan, mostly tries not to think about it.
