Position Description

SUMMARY: KAGR is seeking an experienced product & product management leader who is self-driven, resourceful, and has successfully developed a vision and strategy that brought data-oriented products that drive business decisions to life. The Director of Product & Operations will lead the continued definition, execution, and day-to-day operations of our Product & Product Management function. As KAGR grows, coordinating and managing the execution and delivery of our product across our customers is critical to the success of our platform and business. Working with the VP of Product and Technology and cross functionally, this role will drive the KAGR product vision and strategy, translate the product strategy to a roadmap and ensure execution from concept to delivery. As a seasoned Director, possess a proven track record of growing team capabilities. A critical cross-functional role responsible for inspiring the product development team to build the best product, help resolve prioritization conflicts, and create alignment around the KAGR Product Roadmap cross-functionally and at the executive level.

Desired Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical, working experience in business or technology
  • 10+ years of experience in technology, data solutions, or software delivery
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Product or Project Management role
  • Must have proven track record in software delivery (specifically building data and analytics focused products) and understanding of the Agile methodology preferably in a B2B model
  • Technical knowledge of how software and data platforms work
  • Outstanding organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Product design or software engineering experience is a plus
  • Experience with client and stakeholder management
  • Experience with customer analytics is a plus
  • Skilled in Jira and Confluence
  • Experience interacting with management, presenting, and acting in a professional manner
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to identify trends and create reports.
  • Exemplary project management skills
  • Ability to create business, technical and process documentation
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite, particularly advanced PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Project
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Must be curious, resourceful, team-oriented, and coachable
  • Ability to meet deadlines/deliverables and effectively communicate changes to timelines
  • Familiarity with programming languages and methodologies
  • Excellent organizational skills, self-motivated and proactive
