SUMMARY: The Consultant will play a significant role in helping to deliver successful projects to clients in the professional and collegiate sports and live entertainment verticals. The Consultant will help ensure that KAGR delivers impactful and actionable consulting services across a range of project types, using his/her knowledge of key analytical tools, processes, and strategies.

• 3+ years of experience in a Management Consulting, Technology, or Sports setting
• Bachelor's degree required
• Ideal candidates have proven track record of delivering projects (for internal or external clients) to a high level of quality
• Experience with technology assessment, strategy, and implementations is required
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail is required
• Strong data analysis and presentation skills (particularly using Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, R, or other similar tools) is preferred
• Some experience managing projects is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong strategic analysis skills
• Must be team-oriented, coachable, and able to effectively work across multiple departments
