SUMMARY: The Business Analyst is responsible for driving business requirements gathering, implementation, and testing of the KAGR product suite to ensure client success from implementation through ongoing services. Through a strong knowledge of KAGR technologies, including client portal, database management, analytics, and strategic marketing, the Business Analyst will work closely with the development team and KAGR clients to drive results and achieve business impact.

• 1-3 years of Business Analyst or QA experience in a technology setting and a degree in Business or related field
• Experience with SQL required
• Experience in agile development methodology
• Experience in complex data analysis, requirements gathering, and Quality Assurance (QA) testing
• Must have proven track record in technology delivery, process improvement, data governance and client services
• Experience interacting with management, presenting, and acting in a professional manner
• Outstanding organizational skills and keen attention to detail
• Deep interest in analytics and technology
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite, particularly advanced PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Project
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
• Must be team-oriented and coachable
