Sashi Brown has over 15 years’ experience working for professional sports leagues and franchises. His experience spans both team and business operations. At 39, Brown was named EVP of Football Operations for the Cleveland Browns. Brown worked alongside owner Jimmy Haslam, Chief Strategy Officer Paul Depodesta and VP Player Personnel Andrew Berry to implement the strategy to rebuild the team’s roster and football operation. Brown managed the scouting, salary cap, team operations and medical services functions for the franchise. Brown previously served as EVP, General Counsel for the Browns and also spent time in the Jacksonville Jaguars front office. Brown currently works as a consultant and runs his own investment firm. Brown is a graduate of Harvard Law and Hampton University, where he is a Trustee. He resides in the D.C. area with his beautiful wife, Paige, and their three children.
