Assistant Professor of Economics, University of Central Oklahoma Neil obtained his Ph. D. from the University of Colorado. He teaches severaleconomics courses which includesstatistics and sports economics. His research interests includeurban and sports economics. He also enjoys playing and researching the game of golf, and is a former club champion at his local golf club.
