Jen Ferron is the CMO of Kraft Sports & Entertainment (KSE). KSE owns the New England Patriots, New England Revolution, Boston Uprising, Gillette Stadium and Patriot Place.
Ferron is responsible for Marketing, Digital Media, Content, Sales Operations and Branding. With over 20 years of professional sports league experience overseeing teams in the NFL and MLS, she was an early adopter of customer analytics and works closely with the Kraft Analytics Group (KAGR) to leverage insights critical to making strategic business decisions.
Ferron is now helping establish the Boston Uprising as one of the teams to watch in the inaugural season of the Overwatch League. From the team name to logo creation to content development and fan engagement, she is leading the introduction of esports into the sports savvy Boston market.
Prior to joining KSE, Ferron worked as an Account Executive at Arnold Public Relations.
Ferron holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from Boston College and resides in Holliston, MA with her husband and their two children.
