Doris joined the National Basketball Association in May of 2016 as the inaugural head of Customer Data Strategy. With a global and league wide remit, she is responsible for unlocking fan data to galvanize the League, Regions, and teams around known fan growth, engagement, and monetization. Her team builds human capital and capabilities that enable NBA fans to watch more, engage more, buy more, and attend more.
