Kathryn Kai-ling Frederick is the Chief Marketing Officer at Ticketmaster, a division of Live Nation Entertainment, leading Growth and Insights. Under her executive leadership, Ticketmaster connects over 100 million passionate live event fans to music, theater, and sporting events through robust CRM and digital marketing programs. Kathryn has evolved the Marketing and Product organizations to enrich the fan engagement experience with best-in-class technology platforms and business-critical product insights. In her role, she serves to bring together data, technology and the magic of live events to acquire, inspire and engage fans. Prior to Ticketmaster, Kathryn held a number of senior roles leading digital transformation at brands such as Yahoo, Modern Luxury Media and Pricegrabber. She is an advisor and investor in a number of early stage consumer technology companies, and participated in the 2016 White House Summit of the United State of Women. She holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and an MPA from the Harvard Kennedy School. Kathryn lives in Los Angeles with her husband and two little princesses, was an avid foodie (pre-kids) and is known to partake in games of chance.
