We’re looking for a Vice President of Product who will play a pivotal role in keeping HDI at the forefront of college basketball analytics. Our VP of Product will be responsible for overseeing the design and production of the company’s analytic models and products. As part of the company’s leadership team, you’ll be working closely with the co-founders and other company leaders to create a vision for the company’s product offerings. You will then collaborate with and/or manage other company employees as you head efforts to enact that vision through the development of those product offerings.This is a full-time, salaried position. This is a year-round position, although hours may be heavier during basketball season (October-March). This is a 100% work-from-home position, so there are no geographical requirements. There is some occasional travel involved, but only when agreed upon by employee and supervisors.
Technical skills such as coding, data modeling, and database management are required. Ideal candidate will have several years of full-time professional data science experience, and a track record in developing unique, cutting-edge basketball analytics products and analysis.
