Position Description

Oracle is seeking a strategic, analytical, driven, creative, and collaborative Marketing Analytics and Operations Manager – Field and Events to join the Oracle Advertising & Customer Experience (ACX) Global Field Marketing, Events, and Alliances team. In this role, you will work across marketing, marketing analytics, procurement, and marketing finance & operations teams to lead on strategy, planning, and execution of measurement and reporting of marketing activities. Your daily responsibilities will include creating & tracking marketing activity codes, managing & tracking marketing budgets, and crafting & managing marketing impact dashboards and reports. You will work closely and communicate often with various support teams, being the main point of contact for the team and representing the teams’ goals and objectives. By owning and driving consistent processes, you will ensure that the marketing teams you support will be able to track and share the ROI of their activities and outcomes with senior management. As a Marketing Analytics and Operations Manager – Field and Events, you understand marketing and the intersection of analytics and operations. To be successful in this role, you are organized, meticulous, and data-driven while being creative, agile, and responsive. You are also proven in analytics and operations strategy that drive business outcomes, managing sophisticated marketing budgets, working across varies collaborators, and measuring marketing ROI. What You'll Be Doing: Build and maintain dashboards to report on marketing measurement of activities through MRM and lead management via marketing and finance systems Provide data-driven insights on marketing spend, ROI, and efficiency to advise planning and marketing investments for marketing activities Manage marketing operations through MRM codes, budgets, POs, lead upload and tracking for all events, field marketing, and partner marketing Partner with finance and marketing collaborators to understand budget and track spend from budget to actual, advising key collaborators of deviations and opportunities Support ACX marketing leadership with ad hoc reporting on marketing budget and ROI required for business reviews Act as key liaison between all global operation teams including procurement, finance, and marketing operations Team lead on email decentralization requirements for integrated campaigns team for events, field marketing, and partner marketing Develop/improve processes to streamline operational effectiveness and efficiency

Desired Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or a relevant field of study. MBA preferred 7+ years’ related experience in high tech; work experience in marketing, analytics, operations, or finance; experience in marketing B2B technology and services Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization Proven experience and success in data analytics, reporting, and operations Proven experience working with senior leaders in proving data-based recommendations and insights Superior written and verbal communication skills with an outstanding attention to detail A proven dedication to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace Ability to manage time and prioritize multiple priorities to achieve high-quality deliverables Foresight to anticipate obstacles before they arrive and deliver creative solutions to work around them Skilled in dashboard and database applications and concepts from Oracle DV, Tableau, Power BI, or SQL Excellent in Microsoft Excel managing spreadsheets, large datasets, and presentation graphics
