Position Description

In order to further advance our innovative ideas and bold visions, we are looking for creators, sport-enthusiast, game-changer & talents like you! TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES - You will maximize the value our customers generate from utilizing KINEXON’s technology by building and developing long-term relationships with our customers - You will be a trusted advisor & pro-actively manage a selected portfolio of (semi-)professional team and/or league accounts across the US (e.g., NBA, NFL, NHL, NCAA, etc.), by engaging in follow-up calls, on-site visits & emails to creating a great customer experience - Track & monitor overall account health by identifying customer concerns and potential churn risk, create corrective action plans and collaborate with internal & external stakeholder for an efficient implementation - Educate customers on the various applications of KINEXON’s product portfolio and how they contribute to the customers’ success, including initial onboarding & continued training - Provide on-going support to our growing customer base and consult different stakeholders (performance, strength & conditioning coaches, sport scientists, video coordinator, etc.) on the integration of sport science & technology best practices in a high-performance sports ecosystem - Support teams with basic data analysis as requested; escalate with data consulting as needed - Support research projects in collaboration with external partners (e.g., universities) and evaluate & communicate evidence based, scientific insights to sales & marketing (e.g., case studies, research papers, webinars, conferences) - Collaborate with multi-functional teams and advocate on behalf of the customer at the interface between sales, marketing, project management, customer support and product management & strategy - Facilitate (pre-)sales activities for potential customers (ex. online/in-person product presentations, growth opportunities for up- & cross-selling, 3rd party integrations etc.) - Summarize, prioritize, and translate customer feedback and requirements into actionable insights for the development & improvement of product in close collaboration with product management & strategy - Facilitate knowledge management, continued education & community growth (e.g., representation of KINEXON at domestic & international conferences, organizing webinars, panel discussions & presentations, etc.) BENEFITS: At KINEXON you will meet like-minded people that are enthusiastic about innovative technology and passionate about solving new challenges as well as building great things as a team. - An international team of passionate colleagues and sport-tech enthusiasts with great team spirit and hands-on mentality. - Outstanding career and development opportunities due to our strong growth, a steep learning curve and the opportunity to leave a mark - Fascinating system test & launch events with renowned customers. - Competitive pay, health care contribution and 401K. Desired Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: - You have 2-3 years of work experience in the (high-performance) sport ecosystem (e.g. as customer success manager at a sport-tech company or sport scientist, performance manager, strength & conditioning coach in a team environment, etc.) - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., sport science, exercise science, kinesiology, data science / analytics, sport management etc.) - Hands-on experience with sport technology and its applications for performance monitoring in the high-performance environment (e.g., wearable technology, LPS, GNSS, optical tracking solutions, athlete management systems etc.) - High level of tactical and technical sports knowledge (e.g., Basketball, American Football, Ice Hockey, Soccer, Volleyball, etc.) - Strong and pro-active communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills to foster new relationships and build on existing relationships with selected customer portfolio - Ability to analyze and interpret data; effective in articulating findings to coaches, athletes and other performance staff - Strong sense of ownership and respected team player who likes to collaborate in multi-/cross-functional teams, but can also work independently - Ability to summarize, prioritize and translate customer feedback & requirements for internal stakeholders (e.g., product strategy / management) - Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously and adjust priorities appropriately - Able & willing to travel periodically as the job requires (e.g., on-site visits, product demos etc.) Desired Qualifications / What makes you stand out: - Master’s Degree or higher (PhD/doctoral) in relevant field (e.g., sport science, exercise science, kinesiology, data science / analytics) - Relevant sport performance related certifications (e.g., CPSS, CSCS, RSCC, etc.) - Sport-industry experience as former athlete and/or coach - Proficient in statistical analysis of large data sets (e.g., utilizing R, Python, PowerBi, Tableau) - Experience with presentation/webinars/panel discussion addressing a larger & diverse audience - Proficiency in another language (e.g., German, Spanish, French, Japanese, etc.)
