We are actively expanding our Ticket Strategy & Client Service team and are looking for an Account Analyst to implement pricing strategies, track and report data insights, and maintain and improve key partner relationships.
What is required to succeed? • Bachelor's degree (B.A., B.S.) or equivalent required • 2-3 years’ experience in a service-oriented and analytical role in sports, technology, financial services, or hospitality • A passion for solving client challenges and commitment to client success • Strong communication and presentation skills • Maturity, integrity, and a strong work ethic • Excellent interpersonal and critical thinking skills with a strong attention to detail • Analytical aptitude and the ability to interpret and analyze data from multiple sources • Ability to successfully prioritize, meet deadlines, and adapt in a dynamic environment • Must be able to thrive in a team environment • Enthusiasm for live sports and entertainment • Proficiency with MS Office with strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint required • Proficiency in Data Visualization or SQL is strongly preferred • Ability and willingness to travel up to 20% of the time • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
