Tim Swartz

Professor, Simon Fraser University

Tim Swartz has a PhD and MSc in Statistics from the University of Toronto, and a BMath in Statistics and Computer Science from the University of Waterloo. He has been Professor at Simon Fraser University since 2001. In addition to Statistics in Sport, his research interests include computational statistics, Bayesian analysis and inference. In Statistics in Sport, Swartz has over 30 publications appearing in peer reviewed journals. He is an Associate Editor for the Journal of Quantitative Analysis in Sports.
