Data Scientist, SeatGeek
Since 2011, Steve Ritter has led development of data products at SeatGeek. His responsibilities include primary research and technical implementation of all quantitative products including Deal Score, SeatGeek’s proprietary ticket sorting algorithm, and quantitative marketing research projects. He obtained a copy of the 1988 Baseball Abstract at age 9 and has been hooked on analytics ever since. Steve earned his B.S. in Mathematical and Computational Science from Stanford University in 2009 and spent two years doing quant research in financial services before moving back to the world of sports.
