Professor of Operations Management, The Wharton School
Senthil Veeraraghavan is a professor of Operations and Information Management at The Wharton School. Professor Veeraraghavan’s research focuses on Operations Strategies, Revenue Management applications and Behavioral Operations, particularly on the impact of consumer behaviors on a firm’s operations. He has advised sports franchises and non-profit organizations on improving their revenue management choices, and has published in Management Science and Operations Research journals. Recently, his paper on health care quality and pricing won the first Management Science Best Paper award.
Professor Veeraraghavan teaches a popular MBA class on Operations Strategy and Operations Management and recently won the 2013 Wharton Excellence in Teaching Award. Senthil Veeraraghavan graduated from IIT Bombay, and received his MSIA and PhD in Operations from Carnegie Mellon University.
