Scott Hallenbeck leads USA Football, the sport’s national governing body and member of the USOPC, overseeing all aspects of the organization since 2005.
Under Hallenbeck, USA Football has become the global leader in youth football coaching education, certifying more than 700,000 coaches in 50 states and 10 foreign countries through its Heads Up Football player safety program. Building on that success, USA Football will be launching the Football Development Model in 2020 – a progressive athlete development model that is developmentally appropriate physically, mentally and socially.
USA Football has also led over 900 youth football clinics and events with the NFL, its teams, college conferences and college bowl games since 2010, additionally they operated the NFL FLAG program from 2011 to 2019.
Hallenbeck served the USOC from 1991-94 before joining Reebok in 1994 in Global Sports Marketing capacities and was a vice president for Turner Broadcasting’s 1994 Goodwill Games production.
