Ryan Hotovy

Software Engineer, Hudl

Ryan is a software engineer in Hudl’s Research and Development department, where he focuses on building maintainable, scalable and efficient systems for processing and analyzing sports data. He also works on tools to help analysts navigate and explore that data, and from time to time will dabble in some actual analysis, with an interest in formation analysis and recognition algorithms. Before Hudl, Ryan earned his master’s degree in mathematics at Texas A&M University where he worked in the fields of free probability and operator algebras.
