R. Andrew Butters

R. Andrew Butters is an Assistant Professor of Business Economics and Public Policy at the Kelley School of Business. Prof. Butters received his Ph.D. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He has also studied at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and the London School of Economics. Before joining Kelley, Andrew worked as an Associate Economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. His research interests are in industrial organization and applied econometrics. His current research examines the role of demand volatility on firm level productivity, evaluating the level of market integration in the electricity industry, as well as econometric methods in data rich mixed frequency settings.
