Mr. Herman is the World Wide Offering Leader for the Media & Entertainment Analytics solutions at IBM. He has over 20 years of experience in helping global clients grow their business through effective use of analytics and multi-channel commerce. He is currently working on deploying IBM’s Advanced Cognitive Fan Analytics solution to sports and venues companies across the globe. He is also developing behavioral based analytics solutions for Audience and Market Insights. His past experience includes innovation discovery workshops with CxO multi-national clients to identify profitable and sustaining business opportunities and strategy and consultancy work with M&E, Telco and Retail industries using advanced analytics to acquire, excite and retain profitable customers. Mr. Herman received his MBA from Northwest Missouri State University and is an IBM Certified Enterprise Architect with a over 30 Analytics based IBM patents under his name. He sits on the IBM Patent Board for Big Data and Analytics solutions. His experience with business strategy and business model innovation combined with his marketing expertise as well as his in-depth understanding of technology enables him to guide, develop and assist clients in achieving their objectives.
