Min-hwan Oh received a B.A. in Mathematics-Statistics from Columbia University. He is continuing his studies to pursue a PhD in Operations Research at Columbia University, where he works with Garud Iyengar in the Department of Industrial Engineering and Operations Research and Liam Paninski in the Statistics department. His research interest is in machine learning, using statistics and optimization techniques to build predictive models and recognize patterns in large datasets. Particularly, his domain interests include neuroscience and sports analytics.
