Jeff Schwartz is the President and Founder of Excel Sports Management, an industry-leading agency representing top-tier talent, blue-chip brands and marquee properties. As an agent, he represents leading NBA names such as Kevin Love, Brandon Ingram, Nikola Jokic and Kemba Walker, and has negotiated billions of dollars in contracts.
Excel Sports Management has twice been named Best in Talent Representation by Sports Business Journal and is consistently at the top of Forbes’ list of the most influential sports agencies in the world. Schwartz has also been named as the most powerful agent in basketball by Forbes for the past five years. The agency was named one of Front Office Sports’ inaugural BestPlaces to Work.
Prior to Excel, Schwartz worked with tennis greats Pete Sampras, Martina Hingis and Marcelo Rios at IMG and was also instrumental in building the athlete representation division of Artists Management Group (AMG).
Schwartz earned his B.A. from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and his Juris Doctor from Temple University Law School in Philadelphia.
