Hoang Le

Hoang M. Le is a Ph.D. graduate student in machine learning at the California Institute of Technology in Pasadena, CA. His research focuses on the theory and applications of sequential decision making and reinforcement learning. His previous work on imitation learning was applied to developing automatic sport broadcasting system. Hoang received a Master’s Degree in Cognitive Systems and Interactive Media from the Universitat Pompeu Fabra, Barcelona, Spain, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from Bucknell University in Lewisburg, PA. Prior to Caltech, Hoang spent five years as a private equity investor and investment banking analyst in New York City.
