Recent innovations in machine learning have made its methods more accurate and more accessible. Enhanced prediction capabilities are increasingly used to inform strategic decisions from the field to the boardroom. While these decisions are made based on data, it can be hard to justify those that seem counterintuitive to interested parties, whether they are season ticket holders or employees. This panel will address cutting-edge tools, their limitations building internal capabilities, potential opportunities to use them, and challenges of gaining buy-in across an organization.
