It comes in many forms and is a critical aspect of conducting business for all industry stakeholders – teams, leagues, unions, agents, players, sponsors, venues, media properties, and more. This panel will focus on the practice and process of top management negotiations in sports.
Panelists will address various topics surrounding sports negotiations including common misconceptions, the evolution of the negotiating process and specific negotiations strategies. Importantly, with experts from every angle of the sports table, including team, league, sponsor and general manager, we’ll gain an appreciation of how the same asset may be valued differently.
